This is an absolutely gorgeous Antique Victorian Scalloped Hand Painted Handled Nappy Bowl. This unsigned nappy featured gorgeous blue and pink roses with a gold hand painted rococco border and greek key transferware design. The greek key design is in brown. The swags are in gold. The emblems are in brown. The rim is a mustard color and the background is a soft yellow. There is an embossed rococco design on the bowl which you can see if you look closely at the pictures. Pictures just do not due this nappy justice! Please click on the pictures to see additional pictures of this nappy. It measures 9 1/4" in diameter, not including the handle. It stands 2 1/8" tall. This is a Vintage 1916 Edwin M. Knowles 18K Gold Vitreous Cup and Saucer. It is a creamy white with 18K gold trim. The back stamp reads "Vitreous, Edwin M. Knowles China Co. 16-2-5, Patent Pending, Warranted 18 Carat Gold". It was made in 1916. It is a dainty cup and saucer. The saucer measures 4 3/4" in diameter. The cup measures 2 1/4" tall by 3 1/4" wide at its widest. It has regular manufacturer specks. Both pieces have crazing and there is a 1" crack in the saucer but it appears to be solid and sound. What a beautiful cup and saucer. The mark is a "S" with "Andrea" on top of the S, which is Andrea by Sadek. Hand Painted and Made in Occupied Japan. This would date the piece from 1945-1952, which is the time period when the United States occupied Japan. It has two different sides. One cameo has a gold design in the center, the other cameo has a house and garden setting in the center. It is very richly painted with gold. It features a hunter green backdrop. This a lovely set of 3 square salad or snack plates made by Meito of Japan. The pattern speaks of a time long ago. They are hand painted with a spray of flowers including roses. The outside band is done in a burgundy color with a gold trim. It is an intricately detailed banding on the rim. The background color is cream with an inner circle of white. The back stamp reads "Meito China, Made in Japan, Hand Painted". These plates are in great condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. This a lovely set of 6 Hand Painted Dessert Bowls made by Meito of Japan. The pattern speaks of a time long ago. They are hand painted with a spray of flowers including roses. The outside band is done in a burgundy color with a gold trim. It is an intricately detailed banding on the rim. The background color is cream with an inner circle of white. There is a gold line around the circle. Please click on the picture to see the back stamp. The dessert bowl measures approximately 5 3/8" across. The back stamp reads "Meito China, Made in Japan, Hand Painted". These bowls are in good used condition. There are the normal manufacturer flecks or dimples. The color line around the circle has worn off and the cream has mellowed to an off white/white. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. $164.95 Antique Royal Staffordshire YEDDO 9" x 12" Platter - Item #220
This is a gorgeous YEDDO Royal Staffordshire Pottery Transferware Platter from Burselm, England. The platter features a pagoda and blossoms with the main colors of light blue/aqua, pink and yellow. The back stamp is green with the word YEDDO above the crown. There is an "F" under the word England and a number 1303 handwritten in green with an initial. YEDDO was the former name for Tokyo. Please email us if you would like additional pictures of the piece or the back stamp. It is a very old piece. The condition is great for its age. There is some rubbing to glaze on the top back edge where it may have held plate hangers for hanging it on the wall. Otherwise no chips, cracks or crazing. This is a lovely Antique Victorian Hand Painted Charger or Plate with a Victorian Girl Picking Cherries. The little girl is dressed in approximately 1880s attire with the drop waist and large tie sash. She is picking cherries surrounded by other flowers. It has a green border with gold trim and gold detailed painting on the other side of the border. It measures 9" in diameter. It is a heavy plate which is most probably ironstone. The plate is unmarked. There are some small manufacturer dimpling on the plate which is common for plates of this age. There is rubbing to the gold trim. There is one tiny 1/8" chip on the under rim. This is a gorgeous large black transferware cup and saucer by Palissy Pottery, England. The backstamp is black and states it one of the "Thames River Scenes". The cup features the "Dorney Church Bucks & Bisham Abbey Berks" scene. The saucer features the "Bray Bucks" scene. It is a very hard to find set. It is in excellent condition. We love the beautiful pattern all round the cup and the floral border pattern around the inside of the cup. The saucer also has a beautiful pattern all around it with a floral border pattern around the inside rim of the saucer. This cup and saucer are extra large. The cup measures 4 1/4" wide (not including the handle) by 3 1/2" tall. The saucer measures 7 1/2" in diameter. Truly a beautiful set. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This is an Vintage Nippon Hand Painted Gold Encrusted Handles 9 1/4" Cake Plate. This cake plate has tiny textured gold beading around rim and gold trim around the flowers. The flowers are in shades of pink and orange. The back stamp is green and reads "Hand Painted, Wreath with M inside it, Nippon. This plate was made between 1911 and 1921. It is in great condition with just normal wear marks on the plate. The gold is still in great condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. $9.95 Vintage Nippon Floral Plate with Gold Trim - Item #448
This is an Vintage Nippon Hand Painted Gold Trimmed Plate. The plate measures 9 3/4" in diameter. It features pink and blow flowers which are trimmed in gold. There is a faint yellow banding between the gold trimmed rim. The back stamp is blue and reads "HandPainted, Komaru Symbol or Maruki, Nippon". The plate was made between 1910 and 1921. This plate has been well used. The gold trim has partially rubbed off along the rim and inner rim as you can see if you click on the picture. This is one manufacture speck on the top yellow banding of the plate. Otherwise there are no chips, cracks or crazing on this plate. We are selling the plate at a reduced cost due to the gold rubbing on the rim. A very nice vintage, if not antique, plate for your collection.
$19.95 Vintage Johnson Brothers Old Britain Castles Demitasse Cup and Saucer Set in Red, Crown Back stamp - Item #421
This is a very delicate and dainty Vintage Johnson and Brothers, Old Britain Castles Demitasse cup and saucer in red. The cup is back stamped "England BY". The saucer is the crown back stamp with JohnsonBros, England, Old Britain Castles". It is a very old set with the saucer displaying a lot of crazing due to age. The cup features the inside design and measures 2 1/4" tall and 2 3/8" in diameter. The saucer measures 4 5/8" in diameter. There is one small tiny chip in the bottom of the cup, otherwise there are no chips or cracks on these two pieces except that. We love this pattern. This would make a lovely addition to a collectors set.

This is a darling 6 piece demitasse set with pink rims and lovely spray of flowers on the inside and outside of cups and in center of the saucers. They could easily be used as a tea set. They are trimmed in gold. They are marked Colclough China made in Longton, England, Genuine Bone China. Appears to be number 5035 and pattern CLC6. The saucer measures a diameter of 5" and the cup measure 2 1/2" tall by 2 1/2" wide, not including the handle. They are in great condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The saucers do not have a fine finish. There is a paint smudge on one of the cups. Please choose a shipping method that includes insurance at checkout. It would make a great older girls first tea set. It truly is sweet. The flowers on the cups and saucers also blends well with the Haviland Limoges Bowl that we have listed. Circa 1939 to 1954.

This a a lovely 6 piece demitasse or tea set with a spray of flowers inside the cup and gold trim and designs on the outside of the cup and saucer. The main color is a peachy pink. The saucer measures 4 1/2" in diameter and has a nice scalloped lip. The footed cups measure 2 1/4" high by 2 1/2" wide, not including the handle. Signed by Monticello Dinnerware, Made in U.S.A. These were made by Steubenville for Herman E. Kupper, New York. The condition is good with no cracks or chips. There is crazing on the finish and some of the gold has rubbed off on the handles and rims. Please choose a shipping method that includes insurance at checkout. $69.95 Antique John Maddock & Sons Transferware Gravy Boat and Underplate in the Green Hamilton Pattern - Item #213
This is a beautiful antique Hamilton Gravy Boat and Underplate in the Green Transferware Pattern called Hamilton. The pieces have a green back stamp which has a crown and circle. Inside the circle reads "John Maddock & Sons LL, Royal Vitreous, England. These are very old pieces and are in good condition for their age. There is one small flea bit on the underside of each end of the underplate, but you would have to be looking hard to notice them. There is the normal rubbing of the gold on the rim.
