$64.95 Antique Victorian Hand Painted Pink and Blue Roses Scalloped Handled Nappy Bowl with Gold Rococco Border and Greek Key Transferware Design - Item #610

This is an absolutely gorgeous Antique Victorian Scalloped Hand Painted Handled Nappy Bowl. This unsigned nappy featured gorgeous blue and pink roses with a gold hand painted rococco border and greek key transferware design. The greek key design is in brown. The swags are in gold. The emblems are in brown. The rim is a mustard color and the background is a soft yellow. There is an embossed rococco design on the bowl which you can see if you look closely at the pictures. Pictures just do not due this nappy justice! Please click on the pictures to see additional pictures of this nappy. It measures 9 1/4" in diameter, not including the handle. It stands 2 1/8" tall. This is a Vintage 1916 Edwin M. Knowles 18K Gold Vitreous Cup and Saucer. It is a creamy white with 18K gold trim. The back stamp reads "Vitreous, Edwin M. Knowles China Co. 16-2-5, Patent Pending, Warranted 18 Carat Gold". It was made in 1916. It is a dainty cup and saucer. The saucer measures 4 3/4" in diameter. The cup measures 2 1/4" tall by 3 1/4" wide at its widest. It has regular manufacturer specks. Both pieces have crazing and there is a 1" crack in the saucer but it appears to be solid and sound. What a beautiful cup and saucer. The mark is a "S" with "Andrea" on top of the S, which is Andrea by Sadek. Hand Painted and Made in Occupied Japan. This would date the piece from 1945-1952, which is the time period when the United States occupied Japan. It has two different sides. One cameo has a gold design in the center, the other cameo has a house and garden setting in the center. It is very richly painted with gold. It features a hunter green backdrop. This a lovely set of 6 Hand Painted Dessert Bowls made by Meito of Japan. The pattern speaks of a time long ago. They are hand painted with a spray of flowers including roses. The outside band is done in a burgundy color with a gold trim. It is an intricately detailed banding on the rim. The background color is cream with an inner circle of white. The back stamp reads "Meito China, Made in Japan, Hand Painted". These bowls are in good used condition. There are the normal manufacturer flecks or dimples. The color line around the circle has worn off and the cream has mellowed to an off white/white. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. There is a gold line around the circle. The back stamp reads "Meito China, Made in Japan, Hand Painted". This saucer is in excellent used condition. $164.95 Antique Royal Staffordshire YEDDO 9" x 12" Platter - Item #220

This is a gorgeous YEDDO Royal Staffordshire Pottery Transferware Platter from Burselm, England. The platter features a pagoda and blossoms with the main colors of light blue/aqua, pink and yellow. The back stamp is green with the word YEDDO above the crown. There is an "F" under the word England and a number 1303 handwritten in green with an initial. YEDDO was the former name for Tokyo. Please email us if you would like additional pictures of the piece or the back stamp. It is a very old piece. The condition is great for its age. There is some rubbing to glaze on the top back edge where it may have held plate hangers for hanging it on the wall. Otherwise no chips, cracks or crazing. This is a lovely Antique Victorian Hand Painted Charger or Plate with a Victorian Girl Picking Cherries. The little girl is dressed in approximately 1880s attire with the drop waist and large tie sash. She is picking cherries surrounded by other flowers. It has a green border with gold trim and gold detailed painting on the other side of the border. It measures 9" in diameter. It is a heavy plate which is most probably ironstone. The plate is unmarked. There are some small manufacturer dimpling on the plate which is common for plates of this age. There is rubbing to the gold trim. There is one tiny 1/8" chip on the under rim. $59.95 Vintage Large Black Transferware Cup & Saucer from Palissy Pottery, England, Thames River Scenes, Dorney Church Bucks & Bisham Abbey Berks - Item #290

This is a gorgeous large black transferware cup and saucer by Palissy Pottery, England. The backstamp is black and states it one of the "Thames River Scenes". The cup features the "Dorney Church Bucks & Bisham Abbey Berks" scene. The saucer features the "Bray Bucks" scene. It is a very hard to find set. It is in excellent condition. We love the beautiful pattern all round the cup and the floral border pattern around the inside of the cup. The saucer also has a beautiful pattern all around it with a floral border pattern around the inside rim of the saucer. This cup and saucer are extra large. The cup measures 4 1/4" wide (not including the handle) by 3 1/2" tall. The saucer measures 7 1/2" in diameter. Truly a beautiful set. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. $39.95 Vintage Nippon Hand Painted Gold Encrusted 9 1/4" Cake Plate - Item #204

This is an Vintage Nippon Hand Painted Gold Encrusted Handles 9 1/4" Cake Plate. This cake plate has tiny textured gold beading around rim and gold trim around the flowers. The flowers are in shades of pink and orange. The back stamp is green and reads "Hand Painted, Wreath with M inside it, Nippon. This plate was made between 1911 and 1921. It is in great condition with just normal wear marks on the plate. The gold is still in great condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. $9.95 Vintage Nippon Floral Plate with Gold Trim - Item #448

This is an Vintage Nippon Hand Painted Gold Trimmed Plate. The plate measures 9 3/4" in diameter. It features pink and blow flowers which are trimmed in gold. There is a faint yellow banding between the gold trimmed rim. The back stamp is blue and reads "HandPainted, Komaru Symbol or Maruki, Nippon". The plate was made between 1910 and 1921. This plate has been well used. The gold trim has partially rubbed off along the rim and inner rim as you can see if you click on the picture. This is one manufacture speck on the top yellow banding of the plate. Otherwise there are no chips, cracks or crazing on this plate. We are selling the plate at a reduced cost due to the gold rubbing on the rim. A very nice vintage, if not antique, plate for your collection.

$19.95 Vintage Johnson Brothers Old Britain Castles Demitasse Cup and Saucer Set in Red, Crown Back stamp - Item #421

This is a very delicate and dainty Vintage Johnson and Brothers, Old Britain Castles Demitasse cup and saucer in red. The cup is back stamped "England BY". The saucer is the crown back stamp with JohnsonBros, England, Old Britain Castles". It is a very old set with the saucer displaying a lot of crazing due to age. The cup features the inside design and measures 2 1/4" tall and 2 3/8" in diameter. The saucer measures 4 5/8" in diameter. There is one small tiny chip in the bottom of the cup, otherwise there are no chips or cracks on these two pieces except that. We love this pattern. This would make a lovely addition to a collectors set.

$49.95 Vintage Colclough 6 Piece China Demitasse or Tea Set - Item #206

This is a darling 6 piece demitasse set with pink rims and lovely spray of flowers on the inside and outside of cups and in center of the saucers. They could easily be used as a tea set. They are trimmed in gold. They are marked Colclough China made in Longton, England, Genuine Bone China. Appears to be number 5035 and pattern CLC6. The saucer measures a diameter of 5" and the cup measure 2 1/2" tall by 2 1/2" wide, not including the handle. They are in great condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The saucers do not have a fine finish. There is a paint smudge on one of the cups. Please choose a shipping method that includes insurance at checkout. This a a lovely 6 piece demitasse or tea set with a spray of flowers inside the cup and gold trim and designs on the outside of the cup and saucer. The main color is a peachy pink. The saucer measures 4 1/2" in diameter and has a nice scalloped lip. The footed cups measure 2 1/4" high by 2 1/2" wide, not including the handle. Signed by Monticello Dinnerware, Made in U.S.A. These were made by Steubenville for Herman E. Kupper, New York. The condition is good with no cracks or chips. There is crazing on the finish and some of the gold has rubbed off on the handles and rims. Please choose a shipping method that includes insurance at checkout. This is a beautiful antique Hamilton Gravy Boat and Underplate in the Green Transferware Pattern called Hamilton. The pieces have a green back stamp which has a crown and circle. Inside the circle reads "John Maddock & Sons LL, Royal Vitreous, England. These are very old pieces and are in good condition for their age. There is one small flea bit on the underside of each end of the underplate, but you would have to be looking hard to notice them. There is the normal rubbing of the gold on the rim. $24.95 Vintage Moss Ross 6 Piece Snack and Cup Set With Inside Design - Item #319

This is a very darling Vintage 6 Piece Snack and Cup Set in the Moss Rose Pattern and Made In Japan. It is china that has the look and feel of Victorian Era china. The footed cups are very delicate and the deep pink roses are beautiful and grace the inside of the cup as well as the outside of the cup. The plates and cups are trimmed in gold at the rim. The snack plates have their original foil label. There are no maker marks on the plates, cups or on the label. The plate measures a diameter of 8" and is in the form of a scallop shell. The footed tea cups measure 2 1/2" tall by 3 3/4" in diameter, not including the handle. They are in great condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is rubbing to the gold which is normal for their age. Two plates have a speck and a flaw which is part of the manufacturing process. There is also a speck in one of the cups, again caused by the manufacturing process and there is roughness on the rims due to the manufacturing process. This was an estate find. These weight 3.8 lbs. packaged and fits into a U.S.P.S. medium flat rate box if you choose or it can go USPS Parcel Post or Priority with Insurance. These are 4 Each Vintage Tea Cups in the Moss Rose Pattern and Made In Japan. It is china and has the look and feel of Victorian Era china. The footed cups are very delicate and the deep pink roses are beautiful and grace the inside of the cup. These are identical to item #319, except the roses are not inside the cup. The footed tea cups measure 2 1/2" tall by 3 3/4" in diameter, not including the handle. They are in good condition with no cracks or crazing. There is one flea bite on the rim of one of the cups that I can see and feel and one has one I can not see but I can feel. All the cups feel a little rough on the rim due to the glazing process and manufactures flaws. There is rubbing to the gold which is normal for their age. This was an estate find. We were not able to ascertain a date on these cups but they are vintage, probably 1950s. They would be great for a tea party.

$9.95 Vintage English Radfords Bone China Sugar and Creamer, Pattern 8534 - Item #420

This is an cute Bone China Sugar and Creamer made by Radfords of England. They are backstamped with "Radfords Bone China, Made In England" and includes the gold handwritten number 8534. Both pieces have a scalloped rim and a floral spray of pink and blue flowers. The creamer has two sets of sprays and the sugar has three sets. They are rimmed in gold. The sugar measures 3 /2" in diameter and 2" tall. The creamer measures 3" tall and 3" in diameter, not including spout and handle. Both pieces are in excellent condition. We found only one manufacturer flick on the rim of the sugar. They would be lovely on a tea service.

$29.95 Set of Two Vintage Edwin M. Knowles Yellow Marion Bowls - Item #295

These are two (2) adorable Vintage Early 1930's Edwin M. Knowles Yellow Marion Pattern 7" bowls. They feature pink, blue and yellow flowers. The back stamp reads "The Edwin M. Knowles Company" and "Marion". The company started back in 1901 and it had factories in Ohio and West Virginia. The Marion pattern started in 1930. These bowls are ribbed with an octagonal shape. These are in good condition for their age. One bowl is a shade lighter than the other. There is one 3/4" internal crack in one of the bowls at the rim, along with one small chip under the rim. They other bowl has two small chips on the rim, which you can not see. There is the normal crazing due to age. Please choose a shipping method that includes insurance during checkout. $29.95 Set of Three Antique Danish Blue Willow Plates - Item #445

This is a Set of Three (3) Antique Blue Willow Plates that are marked "Societe' Ceramique Maestricht, Made in Holland, Willow". On one plate there is a hand painted number under the glaze "23". There are also maker impressions on the back of the plate which we can not make out. Each plate measures 8 7/8" in diameter. These plates feature a picture of a Pagoda with a ship and bridge.

These plates are very old. Societe' Ceramique Maestricht starting making this pattern from 1891 forward. The plates on the underside have no chips that we could find. The blue paint is typical of the flow blue look and has flowed in places on the front and back of these plates. On the first plate we did not find any chips or crazing, but there is a factory smudge of the blue paint on the rim in one area. The second plate is a cream color with crazing and two small chips on the rim, one at 1/8"x1/8" and the other 1/8"x1/4". The third plate does not have crazing but does have one small 1/8"x1/4" chip on the rim. You may click on the picture to enlarge it. $6.95 Vintage Irish Belleek Limpet - Yellow Tea Cup - Item #214

This is a vintage fine bone china Belleek Limpet -Yellow tea cup with a green backstamp which dates the piece between 1956 to 1965 or the second green mark or fifth Belleck mark It is in excellent condition with wonderful yellow iridescent overlay on the handle and interior of the cup. No chips, cracks or crazing. It would make a lovely addition to a collector's collection.

$19.95 Rare Vintage James Kent June Roses Individual Sugar and Creamer - Item #215

This is a rare individual sugar and creamer in the pattern of June Roses by James Kent. They are very petite and cute. It has the gold back stamp of James Kent LTD, Longton, Made in England, Junes Roses, 5020. It also appears to be hand initialed. The creamer measures 2" tall and the sugar bowl is 2" in diameter and 1 1/4" tall. These are very old pieces. We could not find an actual date that James Kent made the June Roses pattern. Both items have crazing due to age. The is a chip at the rim of the creamer which may show in the picture. There is a flea bite in the rim of the sugar, which is not noticeable at all. Both pieces are very usable and could also be repurposed for other uses such as a vase for small flowers, holding rings on a dresser or as a child's tea set.

$12.95 American Art Works 12" Toleware Tray - Item #219

This is a beautiful 12" tray with its yellow and burgundy roses and gold reticulated rim. It would look great hanging on the wall as decoration or as a serving tray. It still has its original label which reads Social Supper Tray, Water & Alcohol Proof, Highly Chip Resistant, The American Art Works, Coshocton, Ohio. Part of the end of the label is off. The rose painting has crazing from age. There are some scratches marks on the front of the tray and rubbing of the gold on the reticulated rim. The back of the tray is black and has some spots were the paint is off and where there are scratches. This tray looks great hanging on the wall.

$9.95 Vintage Arnat Victorian Styled Ruffled Edge Roses Candy or Nut Dish - Item #444

This is a very pretty Victorian Styled Ruffled Edge Floral Candy or Nut Dish that is signed "d'art" on the front. The markers mark on the back is one that Arnat Imports Inc. used. The dish is from Japan. It features pink roses that are hand trimmed in gold. The ruffled edge is also trimmed in gold. The dish measures 5 1/2" across. It is a really pretty dish with the ruffled edge. The condition is great. There is some gold rubbing on the edge. In the very center of the dish is some under the glaze rough spots. Other than that a very nice Victorian style dish that would go great in a Victorian styled home as decoration or on a tea table.

$49.95 Fabulous RARE Antique Empire Neoclassical Ironstone Boudoir Plate with Mother and Child in Black Transfer Print - Item #526

This is a wonderful and unusual Rare Antique Empire Neoclassical Ironstone Plate featuring a black transfer print of a mother on a Empire sofa looking into the mirror and her child standing next to her doing the same. The mother does appear to be partially undressed since you can see her belly button. From the ironstone, to the age tone of the plate, to the outfit the little girl is wearing, to the neoclassical style and the empire sofa, we would suggest this is may be from 1830-1840s. Empire style was popular from 1815 to 1840. Ironstone was widely exported in the 1840s. It may be older or it may be slightly newer than those dates. The Victorians did like to have these types of pictures around. It measures 8" across. The plate is unmarked. It is out of ironstone as the picture indicates and has the aging, thickness, and the creamy yellow color of ironstone. Ironstone has so much character. The plate is heavy. There is a 3/4" internal stress crack in the outer edge. You can barely feel it with your fingernail scraping it. The plate is very strong and it should not be a problem if cared for properly. It would definitely make a conversation piece if used at a dinner party as a serving piece and would make a great piece for the wall.

These are a very elegant Set of Eight Vintage Wawel Dessert Fruit Bowls in the Wav 9 Coupe Pattern. Each bowl measures 5 3/8" in diameter. The bowls are scalloped with a gold scroll design with black detailing. The bowls are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. They are back stamped with "W" Wawel, Made in Poland, Roezniew Maloware. They is a number on each one of the bowls, but no the same number. These bowls match the tea cups in Item #418. These are a very elegant Set of Three Vintage Wawel Footed Tea Cups in the Wav 9 Coupe Pattern. Each tea cup measures 4" in diameter not including the handle and 2 3/8" tall. The tea cups feature a gold scroll design with black detailing on the outside and are rimmed on the inside and outside with gold trim. The bowls are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Due to use and the gold trim wearing, there is some roughness on the rims. They are back stamped with "W" Wawel, Poland.
