These books are in good condition for their age.  They are some crayon marks in a few on the cover pages.  There is a few damp or water stains at the edges, but that does not effect the pages. This is a Rare Antique Educational Card Game of Bible Authors by R. W. Doeghty with a Copyright date of 1895.  The Educational Game Company in New York published this game. There are a total of 80 cards with a page of directions.  The cards are in the original box.  The cards are in excellent  condition considering their age. They have printing on one side. We found one card with a small ink stain on it and two cards that were nibbled at one corner.  The box is original and has come apart on one side and on top. Please note this books are reading copies.  They are old and well used. This is not the set for a serious rare book collector who rquires perfection in the condition of their books. We consider these books to be in good condition for their age.  They have wear to the bindings, edges and some of the lettering on the binding has faded.  Most of the books have bindings that are loosing from the book but are still intact.  They have the normal age spots and discoloration of pages.  This set weights 10.69 lbs.  These books are eligible for USPS Media Rate,  or they can fit into a USPS Large Flat Rate Box with 2 volumes standing on their sides. This would make a great set to read by the fireplace wrapped in a blanket. These would also look lovely scattered around on the surfaces of antique furniture or a fireplace mantel as a decor item.

This is a lovely Antique Complete 5 Volume Leather Set of  "The Poetical Works of William Wordsworth" with Introductions and Notes Edited by Thomas Hutchinson, M.A. in Five Volumes.  London, Henry Frowde, Oxford University Press Warehouse, Amen Corner, E.C. Copyright 1895.

These leather volumes of William Wordsworth's Poems are from the Oxford Miniature Set.  They measure 4 1/4" x 2 3/4".  The headings on the pages are in neat old English script. They have gold edges at the top.  They are in great condition for their age. All covers and pages are attached to the binding. They are used and have some discoloration on the front and inside cover pages and there are some scraps to the outside front and back covers of volume one and a small scratch on the binding of volume four.  If you would like additional pictures, please email me.  They are a lovely set and a great addition for any collector of antique and rare books.
