At The Victorian Hand Crocheted Tablecloth Bedspread Shop you will find antique and vintage hand crocheted tablecloths that are gorgeous and can be handed down as heirlooms. No one tablecloth is the same. We have a good assortment of designs. We can only imagine the many, many hours of love that was put into the making of these tablecloths so long ago. Many are large size to fit on a bed as a coverlet and would give your bedroom an old world feel. The tablecloths with the heavier, larger threads or yarns can also be used as a large throw for your sofa.
All antique and vintage tablecloths have been gently hand soaked, rinsed and laid flat to dry. Any restoration needed to the tablecloths were made prior to their soaking and laundering. Most of these tablecloths have been in storage since they were restored and laundered five years ago. They are ready for your table or bed. All these tablecloths would lend elegance to a tea table or dining room table.
All size dimensions are approximates and were taken after they were dried. As they are used on a table or bed, they will stretch and become slightly larger. Please carefully take measurements of your table or bed so that you can get the right size tablecloth.

As with all vintage and antique linens, they are delicate and should be cared for with the respect and care they deserve. Please only gently hand soak items in a gentle soap like Woolite, rinse in cool water and lay flat to dry. Do not starch the tablecloths but just gently iron them.

It is a very early piece from the early 1900s. It looks to be a spiderweb or spokes and circles pattern. It is finished with crochet edging at the edges. It measures 74" x 51". This is a very nice Vintage Ecru Hand Crocheted Tablecloth in a pattern of squares within a diamond or diamonds within a square depending on how you look at it. The blocks are outlined in the popcorn stitch. It is an antique white or light ecru color. Please click on the picture to see additional pictures of the tablecloth. It measures 57" x 57" square. It is in great condition but it has a few small stains in one small area only. We have taken pictures of them. They are limited to a 4" area on the underside of one corner and come through to only a few faint stains on the top. Since they are in the corner, it would be on an overhang area. You have to look very hard to detect them on the top surface. They may come out in the next soak. The tablecloth is ready to use. It would also make a nice cover for a sofa since it is of heavier weight.
