This is a Vintage White 18 Ribbed Closed Ball Shade. It has a 3 1/4" fitter. It is clear glass on the outside and painted white on the inside. It measures 6" tall by 6" wide at its widest. It is from a 3 part mold. It has normal manufacturer flicks in the glass. There are no chips or cracks. It could use more cleaning since it does have some paint residue on the top. This is a darling Art Deco Hand Painted Glass Shade with a matt finish. It has the normal 2 1/4" fitter. It is hand painted with blue yellow flowers and green garlands with borders of brown. It is perfect for a hanging light fixture or an antique Bridge Lamp. We have two available for purchase. The shade measures 5 1/2" tall by 4" in diameter. There tiny flea bites and general roughness around both rims, which is normal for a shade of this age. There is some discoloration that should clean up around the fitter edge. This is a darling Art Deco Hand Painted Glass Ceiling Pendant Shade with a matt finish. It has a 3 1/4" fitter. It is handpainted with dark brown (almost burgundy) flowers with yellow centers and green garlands with borders of brown. It is perfect for a hanging pendant light fixture. The shade measures 7" tall by 5 1/2" in diameter. There are tiny flea bites and general roughness around the rim which is normal for a shade of this age and you can not see once on the fitter. This is a wonderful Vintage GWTW Frosted and Ruffled Ball Globe Shade. The design is very unusual. The design is over squares within squares and an overall crimpled texture. It is hard to explain so please see a close up of the picture. This shade is very heavy and has thick glass with a frosted center and clear ruffled top. It measures 6 3/4" tall and 6" wide at the widest part of the ball. The fitter is 3 1/8" and the top opening is approximately 4". There are no cracks in the shade. There is general roughness and small chips around the 3 1/8" fitter edge which is common on older shades. This would not show once it is on the fitter. There is some paint residue that needs to be removed, which can be seen in the picture. Please click on the picture to enlarge it. There is an identical one listed as Item #579, but the glass is lighter weight and not quite so thick.

This is a wonderful Vintage GWTW Clear Bulb Ball Globe Chimney or Shade. It measures 8 1/2" tall and is 5" wide at the widest part of the ball/bulb. The fitter is 2 5/8" and the top opening is approximately 2". The depth of the fitter is 1 1/8". There are no chips or cracks in this chimney or Shade. It is in wonderful condition. This is a gorgeous and very unusual Set of 5 Vintage Iridescent Art Glass/Carnival Glass Light Shades in a Pastel Marigold or Pale Champagne Color. The glass shades appear to have been made using a 4 piece pressed glass mold. The design is very beautiful with what appears to be diamond shaped depressions and candle dripping pattern on the outside. The fitter size is 1 5/8". The shades stand 6" tall and are 3 7/8" in diameter.
These shades are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks that I can see. These were obtained from an estate of a person who collected antique and vintage light shades. $54.95 Matched Set of 2 Antique Custard Lamp Light Shades - Item #406
This is a nice Matched Set of Two Custard Lamp Light Shades. They measure approximately 6" in diameter and 3 1/4" tall. The two opening diameters are 1 5/8" and 3". These shades do appear to be blown since the glass has difference thicknesses around the small rim and there are no noticeable mold lines. The edges of these shades have roughness due to use and age or were they were cut from the pipe. The color is solid throughout the shade. We only saw one tiny 1/8" internal crack on the smaller opening edge of one of the shades. You can not feel the crack. The shades stand 6 1/2" tall and are 3 3/4" in diameter. There are no chips or cracks on this shade, only manufacturer tiny indents along the bottom rim. We have cleaned it but it could probably use a more thorough clean job. The fitter edge has roughness and has residue from a fitter. The bottom edge of this shade has one small chip. All this is due to the use and age of the shade. This is a beautiful and unusual Vintage Painted Glass Lamp Shade with a landscape of a Windmill on one side and a Log Cabin on the other. The fitter opening is 3 1/4" fitter. The shade measures approximately 4 1/4" in diameter and 5" tall. It is smooth inside and mat outside. There are a few small chips around the top fitter edge and extremely small chips in the bottom edge. It has roughness on both edges due to manufacturing. These are part of the age and wear of vintage and antique shades. There are no cracks on this shade. We have cleaned this shade but it could probably use a more thorough clean job. SOLD $19.95 Antique Custard Lamp Light Shade - Item #573
This is an Antique Custard Lamp Light Shade. It measures approximately 5 1/2" in diameter and 3 3/4" tall. The two opening diameters are 1 5/8" and 3 3/4". The color is applied on the outside. The shade is from a two part mold. There is roughness and a few small chips around the smallest opening where it goes into the metal fitter. It could use some additional cleaning as there is some rust stains from where it sat in the metal fitter. The larger opening is free of any chips. The paint along the rim of the largest opening has come off. There is normal bubbles and manufacturer dimples indicative of the age in which it was made. SOLD $39.95 Matched Set of 4 Vintage Frosted Grape Cluster Motif with Grape Vine Candle Candelabra Shades Globes with 1 1/2 to 1 5/8"" Fitter - Item #436
These are a nice Matched Set of Four Vintage Frosted Grape and Grape Vine Shades/Globes which can be used in Candelabras, Chandeliers, and Light Fixtures and Scones. They appear etched put are actually frosted in a pattern of grape clusters and vines. The fitter size is either 1 1/2" to 1 5/8". The shades stand 6 1/2" tall and are 3 3/4" in diameter. Three of the shades are in excellent condition. The fourth shade has had some of the frosting rubbed off on the grape clusters. You have to look really close to see that it is missing a grape or two from the cluster. All shades appear to have a cut off surface at the base like they were hand blown. The do ring like crystal.
