Victorian Gardens Antiques grew out of a love and passion for beautiful things from a bygone and sometimes forgotten era. A touch with the past so different from our crazy world of today.
Most of our recent inventory comes from auctions of old money estates in the Northeastern North Carolina. If needed, we love taking something old and forgotten and turning it back into something to be treasured and loved. We try only to buy what we really love.
The owner, Susan Youngman, has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Home Economics with a focus on Home Interior Decorating, Textiles, and Sewing. She attended her first estate auction was when she was just 9 years old. She still remembers the item that she purchased at her first estate auction with her allowance money. Decades later, she still owns and treasures the item she purchased that day.
